Kia ora welcome back,

Today I am going to be doing a writing blog post, room 9 are doing lots of cool things for writing the things that we are doing are language features some of the language features are hyperbole, onomatopoeia, metaphor and more my favorite on is probably the hyperbole.

Here is my amazing work.

7-9-2020

I see: giant waves my surfboard, giant foam, water, kids splashing around, dogs running around.

I hear:  seagulls chirping, the ocean waves, kids screaming and playing, dogs barking. 

I taste: sea salt in my mouth, the smell of fish, seaweed.

I smell: fish, animal poo, sea salt, food, bbq, kids.

I feel: freezing cold water, my warm wet suit,soft sand and the bottom of the water, hard shells, strong waves.

I wonder: if theres any sharks, weird creatures at the bottom of the sand, if anyone had died at this beach. 

I was at the beach about to go surfing, I wanted to test the water to see how could it was but as soon as I touched the water felt deadly it almost felt like if you put your head under it well be ice in a second. 

Thankfully I remembered to bring my warm cozy wet suit. As I put it on I got warm in a instint.

When I touched the water once again with my warm wet suit it just felt normal. I could hear the ocean splashing loudly as if someone done a giant belly flop in the sea from off a plane.

A lot of people know what creative means if you don't this is what it means, when you make some thing and and what ever you made looks really good someone one might see it and say wow your really creative.

Cantankerous

Hello everyone, Welcome back to my blog today I am doing my word of the week.

The word of the week that we are learning about is cantankerous it means when you have a tantrum or you rage. Here is an example once I was in the car with my sister and she keeped on playing this load song on her phone and I got really cantankerous .
