Fitness

Hi guys I am  back with another blog post. From week 5-8 room 7 have been doing fitness circuits every morning.

The fitness we have been doing is circuits fitness it is like when you can do skipping, wall sits, star jumps, bur pees, push ups, planks and more.

My favorite one to do is the plank, most of the time we had to do them for 30sec and than we move on. We try to do it 2 or 1 times each round.
